Quality Assurance:


Ceetak’s dedicated team of Quality Engineers and Quality Inspectors ensure that advanced product quality planning is at the heart of our quality function. With a problem solving and Six Sigma mind-set, our Quality Team maintains the highest level of quality assurance through prevention, proactivity and continuous improvement processes rather than waiting to react to claims.


Core functions include;


Test & Inspection Facilities: our in-house test and inspection facilities include:

  • Non-contact measurement machine
  • Tensile strength testing
  • Specific gravity testing
  • Surface finish testing
  • Material hardness testing to IRHD, Shore A and Shore AM

Our Quality Control department can provide 100% visual inspection if required

We also have access to external laboratory testing for any special requirements such as materials/slabs and button testing, material approvals.


Risk Mitigation: from initial design and technical review through to ongoing serial production.


Planning & Capabilities: we provide First Article Inspection Reports (FAIR), Measurement Analysis (MSA), Repeatability & Reproducibility (R&R) studies, CPK & PPK studies, Process FMEA, PPAP completion, Part re-validations.


Customer Cleanliness Requirements: we establish controls and implement the correct process flow in order to meet customer requirements.


Continuous Improvement: we regularly measure, monitor and review the quality of production parts and relevant manufacturing processes.


Manufacturing Performance & Certification: we insist on monthly performance monitoring and reporting to improve performance and reduce possible quality issues.  Certifications and approvals are monitored to ensure they are up to date and compliant.


Manufacturing Site Audits: regular audits are performed at our manufacturing sites to improve processes, check preventative actions are implemented correctly and to share data on “lessons learned”.


Quick Response & Analysis: should the situation arise we provide thorough root cause analysis with 8D & 10D reporting provided for any issues.  We ensure fast containment, control of stock, and have 100% on-site inspection resource to prevent customer production line stoppages.


On-site Quality Control Inspectors: for control of product and to provide immediate part containment, 100% inspection, and to implement recovery and replacement actions.


Change Control: we record, monitor and control any  requested manufacturing changes to ensure our customers are always notified prior to any revisions.


Re-qualifications: we control, monitor, review and submit product re-qualifications in order to meet customer requirements.


Customer Site Visits: frequent customer site visits are performed in order to improve our customer support and to discuss any additional controls or improvements we can make to our customer service.


Quality Training: as an organisation we are committed to providing ongoing and regular training of our quality department personnel.

Quality Standards:

Ceetak is ISO9001:2015 , ISO14001:2015 and AS9120B:2016 approved, with our manufacturing partners approved to TS16949:2009 and ISO 13485.
