The Ceetak team are supported by Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) and Vendor Management Inventory (VMI) systems.
EDI is used to meet customer requirements and delivery schedules by directly transmitting and processing into our ERP system. Shipments are made on time supported by ASN, safety stocks are maintained, and production scheduling occurs based on information received via EDI.
With VMI, we manage customer inventory independently based on forecast requirements. Usage is monitored on an ongoing basis and stock levels are adjusted accordingly to ensure continuous availability, supporting customers through their production programmes.
