A vast range of metric and non-standard size O-rings are available. We supply miniature O-rings, large diameter O-rings, continuously moulded and spliced and vulcanised O-rings and can cost effectively supply low volume and high volume requirements from a range of manufacturing processes.

Materials
They can be manufactured in all elastomer compounds in varying shore hardness including; Nitrile (NBR), Silicone (VMQ), Fluorocarbon (FKM), Fluorosilicone (FVMQ), Hydrogenated Nitrile (HNBR), Polyurethane (PU), Polyacrylate (ACM), Chloroprene (CR), Ethylene Propylene Diene Monomer (EPDM), Perfluoroelastomers (FFKM), Ethylene Acrylate (AEM), Epichlorohydrin (ECO)
We offer a range of PFA and FEP encapsulated O-rings for more demanding applications such as those with high end operational temperature conditions and requiring chemical resistance.
Our O-rings are available with surface treatments in the form of dry or wet coatings for reducing friction, ease of installation or colour identification. These coatings are PTFE or thermoplastic, silicone and mineral oils, and MolykoteTM .
