Diaphragms are an excellent seal of choice for a variety of hydraulic and pneumatic applications, and are commonly used as seals in pumps, air brakes, dispensing and metering systems, pressure switches, flow meters, and valves and valve actuators.
We have a broad range of moulding capabilities, with the ability to produce diaphragms from as small as 12mm diameter and over 1000 mm in diameter. We specialise in the design and manufacture of rolling "Top Hat", convoluted and dished diaphragms in single acting or double acting format.
We offer a range of elastomer and plastic diaphragms as well as specialist combination materials such as overmoulded elastomer to thermoplastic diaphragms, and rubber with fabric reinforcement diaphragms.

We also manufacture diaphragms in PTFE for applications that demand materials with high chemical resistance or that require FDA approval or compliance.
For applications where good abrasion resistance and flex durability is required, we can manufacture diaphragms in a range of TPE materials including Hytrel, Santoprene and Polyurethane. These materials offer good tensile strength and do not require fabric reinforcement.
We design and engineered PTFE seals for slip ring systems and contactless rotary joints for the reliable transfer of power and media.
We developed a rotary seal for a prototype fluid separating device used for research purposes with the potential to develop the unit for use on an industrial scale.
