We specialise in the design and manufacture of precision rubber gaskets and seals that are moulded specifically for detailed and critical groove requirements. With each application, our engineers provide detailed advice on seal profile geometry and practical assistance on the best choice of materials.
We use technical expertise to provide groove fill calculations and FEA technology to simulate the performance of our seals before finalising the design. We also provide rapid prototyping and 3D printing in order to meet our customer test requirements before cutting production tools for the manufacture of large quantities.
