We design and manufacture precision rubber gaskets and seals that are moulded for specific and critical groove requirements. With each application our engineers provide detailed advice on seal profile geometry and practical assistance on the best choice of materials. This includes push-in-place (PIP) gaskets to address difficult assembly conditions.

Our engineers will help you optimise the seal profile geometry using calculations on groove fill, compression and installed squeeze or stretch, combined with non-linear FEA technology to simulate the performance before finalising the design.

We can provide rapid prototyping and 3D printing to meet our customer test requirements before cutting production tools for manufacturing large quantities.

Materials

Our rubber seals and precision gaskets are moulded in a range of elastomer compounds with varying shore hardness including: Nitrile (NBR), Fluorocarbon (FKM), Hydrogenated Nitrile (HNBR), Polyacrylate (ACM), Ethylene Propylene Diene Monomer (EPDM), Silicone (VMQ), Fluorosilicone (FVMQ), Polyurethane (PU), Chloroprene (CR), Perfluoroelastomers (FFKM).

We develop our base elastomer materials to meet ASTM or ISO specifications, industry standards, or individual customer requirements such as chemical/fluid testing or extended duration compressive stress relaxation tests.
