Targeted support from experienced in-house Quality Engineers underpins our systems and processes. Product verification is via safe launch controls for serial production, in addition to manufacturing controls and inspection.
Proactive communication with customers is key to our service, and timely reviews for all parties ensures on-time and high-quality products.

We have a ‘right first-time’ mindset; and equally open to proactive improvement with all stakeholders, which can include problem solving to ensure effectiveness of actions, including 8D, Ishikawa and 5 whys.
As well as regular onsite audits of key suppliers, we implement additional controls and measurements to reduce the need for customers to inspect products on delivery at their sites, and consistently produce low PPM defect rates across our products.

We work with longstanding manufacturing partners to continuously improve product quality at all stages of prototype and serial production product release, coupled with rigorous inspection procedures and data analysis.
Our incoming Quality Control Team offer product sampling, inspection, product measurement, stock inspection, and fast containment and handling of any quality issues, these processes mitigate manufacturing failure modes.
We offer continuous review and verification of products, even after customer approval, ensuring consistently high quality, accuracy, and conformity to customer specifications and requirements.
Quality Management Excellence
Our Quality Management Systems are audited and reviewed regularly to ensure compliance to industry standards.
Our in-house High Impact Improvement Teams (HIIT) guide and support our manufacturing partners to ensure Ceetak’s stringent quality requirements are met.
