Our elastomer o-rings are available in a wide range of sizes and manufactured to international standards including; AS568, ISO 3601, DIN 3771 and JIS. A vast range of metric and non-standard size o-rings are available. We supply miniature o-rings, large diameter o-rings, continuously moulded and spliced and vulcanised o-rings.
Our o-rings can be moulded in a wide range of elastomer compounds with varying shore hardness, including:
• Nitrile (NBR) • Silicone (VMQ)
• Fluorocarbon (FKM) • Fluorosilicone (FVMQ)
• Hydrogenated Nitrile (HNBR) • Polyurethane (PU)
• Polyacrylate (ACM) • Chloroprene (CR)
• Ethylene Propylene Diene Monomer (EPDM) • Perfluoroelastomers (FFKM)
• Ethylene Acrylate (AEM) • Epichlorohydrin (ECO)
We can also supply o-rings with surface treatments in the form of dry or wet coatings for the purpose of reducing friction, ease of installation or for colour identification. These coatings are PTFE or thermoplastic coatings, silicone and mineral oils, and MolykoteTM
We supply a range of PFA and FEP encapsulated o-rings for more demanding applications such as those with high end operational temperature conditions and chemical resistance.
For applications with specific requirements, our engineers can assist with the development and testing of new o-ring compounds in order to meet customer needs. We can develop our base elastomer materials to meet particular ASTM or ISO call-out requirements, or individual customer specifications such as chemical/fluid testing or compressive stress relaxation duration tests.
Our precision o-rings can be manufactured in materials to meet various different industry approvals including WRAS, KTW, NSF 61, NSF 51, FDA, UL, ISO10993-1 and USP Class VI.
We can offer various material colour options for identification purposes.
