Air admission, fuel and EGR management - Seals suitable for high static or pulsating pressure application, material grades suitable for selective Catalytic Reduction (SCR) exhaust gas and diesel powered vehicle after treatment systems (AdBlue® tank sealing).

Our application engineers utilise the latest in 2D/3D CAD and FEA simulation software to design and replicate automotive seal performance before finalising each individual seal design, incorporating significant feature and critical function elements for integration with customer mating parts. We offer material development and testing, and a component endurance testing service.

Once parts are approved for production, our dedicated Logistics Team work closely with our automotive customers to ensure products are scheduled and delivered on time, every time. In a time critical production industry we use framework agreements, Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) and Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) systems to ensure our customer’s production lines continue to run smoothly.
We designed and engineered PTFE seals for slip ring systems and contactless rotary joints for the reliable transfer of power and media.
We developed a rotary seal for a prototype fluid separating device used for research purposes with the potential to develop the unit for use on an industrial scale.
We designed and engineered special metal seals for a critical subsea communications application.
