With the increasing demand for extended life of heating and plumbing connection systems, it is important to ensure the correct combination of seal design and material selection for optimum sealing. Our engineers understand the effects of working media such as water condensate, gas, additives and inhibitors on seals within heating and plumbing systems, and we can select the most effective material to suit individual application requirements.

Within each material group we have a range of approvals for potable and drinking water and sanitary applications including KTW, W270, ACS, WRAS, KIWA, NSF61, EN681 and W534.
Alongside this we have materials approved to EN549, VP614 and EN681 for seals used in gas equipment and systems.
We manufacture an extensive range of products including;

We also specialise in the design and manufacture of large connector seals to ensure reliable interaction between pipes and fittings joints. Examples include large underground drainage management systems, with wide tolerance and alignment issues that need to be effectively sealed on a repeatable basis.
It is critical that the seal design and elastomer integrity is assured to comply with the environment as sub-surface maintenance is impractical. These seals have media compatibility; ozone and weathering and water and oil exposure, with necessary Health and Safety RoHS compliance.
We design and engineered PTFE seals for slip ring systems and contactless rotary joints for the reliable transfer of power and media.
We developed a rotary seal for a prototype fluid separating device used for research purposes with the potential to develop the unit for use on an industrial scale.
We designed and engineered special metal seals for a critical subsea communications application.
